1. What is your turnaround time (TAT)?/ How long does it take to get my shirt?
We make every effort to get your shirts to you as quick as possible! We have the shirts on hand but apply the designs as orders come in. All items will be shipped out within five to seven business days. If you need something sooner, please reach out to us and we'll see if we can accommodate.
2. What is your return policy?
All sales are final. However, if there is something wrong with your shirt, please contact us as soon as possible and let us know.
3. Can I change my order after I've placed it?
Due to the nature of our business, we cannot guarantee to be able to make any changes. We work as quickly as possible. Send us a message as soon as you can and we'll let you know if any changes are possible.
4. How do I best take care of my shirts?
We currently use high quality heat transfer vinyl (HTV). For optimal results, wash as usual and hang dry. You may also tumble dry on low. Drying with high heat will wear down the shirt quicker. NEVER iron the design!
5. How do I reach you?
